A PASSING PHASE

Those 3-4months before marriage r so long and yet so short .....While preparations r afoot and guests pour in to inquire. Cousins and didis pullur leg,there is a sense of fear,trepidation and moments of utter silence.As,as if in an unending trance.U witness the superficial happy faces of father and mother but u know deep within--they r sad,a sudden sense of loneliness creeps in the family, that resurfaces every time u r with ur mother or any elderly figure who unconsciously redirects ur attention there.
